Maria Duval I'm being hasseled for payment of so called services RIPOFF Everett Massachusetts
At first when I was sent the initial letter letting me know of her services, it came at a time in my life when I had just lost my husband to suicide. I was desperate for answers and help.
The following letters never addressed what I was asking for,and that was answers as to why. Instead, it was how rich I was going to become. Yes, I desperately needed the money and piece of mind.
I haven't received either. If anything, all I've done is gone into debt falling for her lies.
When I did some research online and found out about this fake I felt like a fool, but I wasn't going to let her take my money anymore so I put a stop payment on two checks. Ever since then I've been harrassed with notices telling me that I need to resend these checks made out to Maria Duval so they can close my collection file at once.
A deadline has been imposed & I've tried to contact my attorney, but have not gotten an answer as of yet. If she is a scam artist, what grounds does she have to collect?
If anyone has a legitimate answer for me, please let me know!

Service provided?

This should be interesting...
Technically, if she provided a "service" you cannot stop payment on the check. You can get in BIG trouble.
However, how can you prove a psychic provided a service?
Please keep us posted...
