Complaint Review: Maria Duval - National Parapsychology Center

In December 2003 I responded to a harmless "free" advertisement in the newspaper regarding this company who would reportedly provide me with winning numbers. Since then I have received no less than 22 mailings from her company each stating that a new event is coming into my life to help make my life better. Some of which were exact duplicates with a meer change in date for these so-called helpful events.

Unfortunately, I responded to one dated March 22, 2004 and paid my $38.00 fee. I then received her instructions as to what I was supposed to do over the next 72 days to help Ms. Duval perform her "3 Psychic Actions". Well, after I did as she instructed nothing happened.

I also wrote Ms. Duval a long letter July 2004 explaining that I am a single mom of a multiple handicapped adult son and am losing my home. I begged her to help and asked to write me back. Instead, I received another mailer.

I have requested a refund of the $34.00 as she guarantees, but none has come to date, and it's now August 16, 2004. Not a suprise actually.

Please don't respond to any of Ms. Duval's mailers. She is a con-artist and lier. She does not take any personal notice of any of the responses her mailers get, rips people off financially, lies to everyone, and is both unethical and dishonest. She is also a fraud.
