Maria Duval ripoff Everett Massachusetts
I have experienced the dreadful promise of money back guaranteed. First I keep getting letters from Ms Duval stating that my initial $25.00 check did not clear, according to my bank it did.
I kept receiving letters stating i have to pay the money so i sent a $25.00 dollar money order and i keep getting the letters of that they will send it to collections.
I requested a refund of everything i paid and still have not received it. I keep receiving the readings also or so called readings. My question is what should i do about the $25.00 dollars that i have paid twice and she keeps demanding me to pay?

I would send her a certified copy of the cancelled check front and back with the account number and signature blacked out (so she cannot re-produce it), along with a cease and desist letter. Then perhaps seek to regain your money through your bank.
You can also tell her if she is that psychic, then she knows what will happen if she doesn't stop harassing you.
