Complaint Review: Maria Valdez

Maria Valdez, Hearing Rep for the California Labor Board, lied, faked and cheated her way into denying my wife and I justice and compensation as a result of her fraud upon the court in Santa Ana, Ca.

For instance, when we went and filed a Labor Board Case because my wife didn't get proper lunch breaks under Labor Code Section 512 and attended the Hearing, we brought documentation that easily showed the defendants forged my wife's name on such documents.  Maria Valdez could easily see that the document was false!

Also, we brought a copy of my wife's check-stub that showed no year-to-date deduction for a vacation pay check that defendants said she got and Maria Valdez even sided with the defendant on this matter as well.

My wife testified she did get to eat lunch but she had to work while eating lunch which is entirely against the Labor Code of California.  However, Maria Valdez in her decision document, explained that my wife said she got a lunch period but then she also said she didn't get a lunch period, so her testimony is "Conflicting"!  This is absolutely a joke because Maria Valdez knows that my wife WAS able to eat lunch but it wasn't an uninterrupted lunch period like Labor Code Section 512 imposes!!

It is entirely a joke that the California Labor Board would allow such a fake of a person to be in a position where she can destroy people's lives like she did ours.  She is a crippled person because she has something wrong with her leg but her mind is more crippled due to the evil that possesses it.
