This Nursing Home Facility refuse to pay funds due for the hours worked.
If this nursing home uses funds inappropriate owed to thier employees, this nursing home will use funds inappropriately that is supposed to be used in the care of the residents.
Would you want to take the chance and put your love ones in the care of a nursing facility that has a history of inappropriate use of funds.
Could you count on this facility to take proper care of Mom or Dad or anyother family member - I think not.
Beware of the practices of this Nursing Home Facility in Western PA.

I worked for Marian Manor for almost 5yrs. No longer with them due to personal reasons not from them. EVERYONE that works and volunteers there takes very good care of each resident there. My mother is in a nursing home right now and I am trying my best to try to get her to Marian Manor. She is getting alot of neglect where she is now. I know she will get the care above and beyond the call of care from Marian Manor. So, after experiences of other nursing homes and being an ex employee of Marian Manor then I suggest this: If you love your loved one as much as you say you do try to put them in Marian Manor. They will love them as their own as well.
