Marie Weingardt, owner and CEO of Servpro of NE Albuquerque, NM and Optima Consulting Group refused to mail/send/give me my final check after I left her company. While there, she refused to let anyone use direct deposit; she personally writes checks for all the employees and 3 separate times my check was refused to be cashed at her bank because her account was overdrawn. I had to wait over a week to try and re-deposit one of them. Marie lives in a multi-million dollar home she built herself while her employees make barely over minimum wage.

This report is a complete fabrication. This employee was hired as a marketing rep, worked for less than 2 months, produced nothing, was verbally counseled, when her manager attempted to do a "ride along" she objected and next day turned in a resignation.
I will not state the employee's name here as I refuse to be a party to blackening her reputation irrepably as she has done to mine. I let my more than 25 years as an employer speak for my character and reputation, this malicious allegation not withstanding!
This report provided no proof other than the allegation. when the allegation was discovered, the employee was contacted and replied;' I got you!"
Several attempts were made with this company to either obtain supporting documents for this allegation or to have the allegation removed, all to no effort. Of course if I pay $ 2000.00 to this company, then "my reputation can be restored".
This is the worse case of blackmail and 'guilty until proven innocent' I have seen, which of course is contrary to every Principle our Country stands for, unfortunately not much can be done other than this statement.
