great website, order glass jars. They tack on more than the tarrif for them, and take their sweet time shipping but for a year we go the jars via freight. WE ARE ORDERIN 15-20 CASES of jars at a time, and all of a sudden they start sending each one via ups ground. Are you kidding? They pack a case of them in a box with a couple of air bubbles and call it a day. WELL 75% of every case had 4-8 jars out of 100-150 broken.

We called them, they asked for pictures. WE GAVE THEM PICS the security feed showing the giant pile of boxes all crushed and pics of eac box with jars broken. No answer, no replacements, no nothing. Do not deal with them,

So the crux of the matter is I've ordered from them a bunch and they have always shipped the jars (10+ cases) via freight. They come on a pallet and everything is intact. All of a sudden they started shipping all of these things via UPS one at a time. They come all dented up and 4-8 jars are broken in each case. Doesn't sound all that bad, but when you have 100-150 jars covered with fine particles of glass and you use them for medical cannabis you can't use them.

There is no way to tell if you got every tiny molecule of glass out off the jar and all it takes is one little fleck of glass to make it into the jar and then into someone's lungs to really injure someone. So they know they have to replace the case. It's that simple. We aren't trying to get over on them, even though they gouge on jars it is a small expense, medical cannabis companies make a lot of money. It's not a thing. What is a thing is the time it takes them to ship them, and not having enough jars because 75% of the load has broken jars.

If I can't pack my product I can't sell it, which means I'm losing a hell of a lot more money waiting around than going back and forth with their staff.  Either way I've yet to get a case replaced even though they make promises, ask for pictures. I sent the pics and NOTHING. No response, no replacement, nothing. I've spend over 5 figures with them and this is how I get treated. Well here you are, on Ripoffreport and guess what? Here are the pictures (again) so you, your staff and everything else can see what level of service you provided to me. There is no reason not to expect that they will treat you any different.
