Complaint Review: Marilyn Light Bags

Marilyn Marshall Gordon, if that is her real name, has maniulated people into joing her company claiming that she has cornered the market with a new security blackberry devices. She states that all you have to do is download this service onto you blackberry device that you can only get from her and you are in business. My company has been dealing with her for 7 months now and have discovered one lie after another. in doing our due dilligence, we discovered that the only patent that she hold in her company are the lighted hand bags and that is it. this is public information at the US Patent office in Washington DC. her plan is to add security devices to her bags. she claims that she holds the patent on the security devices and has convince quite a few people that she does by telling them that the patents are intergrated into one patent. How crazy does she think i am? dont fall for it. when we got the blackberry devices, she offered unlimited calling plans for either AT&T, Verizon, Tmobil and sprint. she also stated that she could get phones from all of those carries because she has an exclusive contract with them because of the software that she has and that AT&T is geting ready to download this software onto 70 million of their phones.

AT&T has no idea who she is and the only service that you can get from her is from T-Mobil. but here is the catch. Its a refurbished phone (i am still catching hell from it) and you will not be able to get an unlimited plan because i found out the she has a family shared plan that is shared by 49 other phones and 39,000 minutes. She has now stated that she had to cut down on minutes because the carriers we doing so or closing stores. so instead of paying 44.99 a month for unlimited talk and text, we are paying 50 dollars for 1500 minutes and thats only because there are not 49 phones being used. now her reason is that these are security devices and they are not for casual use or conference calls; strickly business use. Now what person in their right mind would agree to buying a phone that they couldent use. Now the business that she is talking about in the distribution part of her business. Now she states that Macys has signed a contrat and that they are going to be doing a million dollars a month. Guess what? They have no idea who she is either. if someone come to you at offer you to come aboard with MLB, do not do it. The last person paid her 11,000 dollars for blackberries, and well...you know the rest of that story.
