I sent 4 emails requesting contact regarding fraudulent activity.  I left a few messages for someone to contact me about the same.  I asked for my credit line be closed until it was cleared up.  No one contacted me, the transactions remain on my credit card (over 8 months later) and collect interest.  I just received a letter in the mail from an attorney's office saying I owe the full balance, including these transactions. 

I spoke to the call center several times and they had no clue who to route me to.  One person passed me to another before I had to leave a voicemail that went unanswered.  This credit union is self serving and doesn't care about the members who keep it in business.  Profits are what they are after not the "member service" they claim they stand for.  I am a former employee and left when the executives changed.  I should have broke all ties at that time however hoped for the best.  I was seriously mistaken.  I do NOT recommend this credit union to anyone.
