In August 2017 I trusted to this company my car and the original title (Ford F 150 2009; VIN 1FTPFxx4872) to deliver it from Miami USA to Antwerp Belgium.
They never delivered it!!
They informed me that their subcontractor took my car and they cannot retrieve it and they will not file a lawsuit against this subcontractor.
I sent them my claim against their company for recovering the car value +- $12000,00, they ignored it.
I paid them $1375 in advance for this transportation.
When I demanded my payment back, they sent me a document where they basically said that if I want to get the transportation fees back I must first to waive my claims concerning my car against their company.
A lawsuit against this company is in preparatory progress.
FBI investigation complaint against this company is in progress.
Federal Trade Commission (FTC) investigation complaint against this company is in progress.
