I have found that mariner finance employs people who are unethical, poor customer service,  not reliable an untruthful.

Since May of this year I had hoped to work with them regarding a loan but they have not returned calls, given poor advice an caused opportunity for me to better my loan situation with them.

They have blocked ways for me to try to be able to work out the payment of my loan.  I advised them in may of medical surgeries an asked to only lower my payments so I could pay them an medical bills.

They refused an to this day have blocked an not tried to work with me in any way.  I will never deal with mariner again for any reason.

There customer phone contact is appalling.  I have been hung up on an spoken to with such arrogance.  Even though I did sign contract they r truly rip off artists.  Their way of charging interest is unbelievable.

A very poor company to deal with an their employees leave a lot to be desired. I give them a -0.

While I am aware that companies do not have work with customers regarding situations of this type, it is therefore best for them not to offer this service; it then becomes a lie when they are tested on their offer.  No one said anything about not paying this bill my request was to lower my payment upon their offer to assist several months prior to making the idea of staffing invalud.

Mariner managers made suggestions to me which I tried an then turned around an blocked them. I don't care what their rating is of me.  I say only do not make offers if you don't intend to follow through with it. I intended to follow through.  As for the use of an or and it's so irrelevant at this point. Just wish I had found this site an read other reviews before now.

Lenders are not obligated to alter the terms of an agreement. You have not provided any information that supports your claim of a rip-off.

“I will never deal with mariner again for any reason.”

They may no longer welcome you as a customer.

You need to learn the difference between an & and.

Your entire report describes how you have already stiffed this company and they won't "work with you" (translation : allow you to continue to stiff them).

I wonder what sort of score they would give you?
