WARNING - DO NOT USE MARIO DABEK PHOTOGRAPHY!

My name is Cathy W and I was referred to Mario Dabek Photography by a friend of mine in our local neighborhood in Cambridge. My husband and I wanted to take some family pictures for my sons 5th birthday, and we didn't have any family portraits for that matter. Even though Mario was rude and very unprofessional, I unfortunately booked him to come to our house that following Sunday to take some basic family photos for $250.

The photoshoot lasted about 30 minutes or so and it was obvious that Mario has never done it before. He was extremely amateurish and clearly nervous and sweating profusely. Nonetheless, he said he would go home and do some photoshop on the photos so we PAID him in full with cash(bad idea). After he left our house, we noticed our new digital camera that we had just opened was GONE. Him stealing our camera is another story!

To make a long story short, WE NEVER RECEIVED ONE PHOTO! Mario stopped answering phone calls and emails completely, and to this day we have never been able to get a hold of him. The last correspondence from him was an email saying that he had no idea who we were and that he had never done our photoshoot! I was shocked that Mario Dabek completely stole $250 and our $500 digital camera, and then thinks that pretending he doesn't know us is going to make us just "go away". We are currently in a the process of filing a Civil lawsuit against him.

Our family's best advice is to STAY AWAY FROM THIS THIEF!

This guy is pathetic he just started making fake reports about me because i wouldnt promote his scam sites on my big established jailbreak matrix site. If this is a real report why is it being submitted by someone from the states? I live in Canada ? Did I drive to the US for a $250 photoshoot? Cmon this makes no sense.

My whole Email is included below. I've also refunded this p***k his money. please remove this

I told you just tell me the truth, and you get your money back how hard is that.

I have nothing to prove to you. Stealing money from a stranger is a dangerous game that you will have to learn the hard way. My only promise is that the next time that you hear from me, it will be in a different way. I won't email you again and further emails from you will not be read until the situation is resolved.

Ok how about this, if I can prove that you own that site will you leave me alone ?

Check your paypal email address and then get back to me cause it ends with @iphone-unlock which is the site you are promoting !!!

Thanks,

Mario Dabek

No I don't own or operate any website. There are more than one Derek Boris's alive. About the 5.1 issue, the point is for google to see 5.1 so its at top rankings whenever 5.1 exists. I don't have an iPhone but I would assume anyone looking to buy that product is going to know their iPhone version. Either way I'm not going to argue with you. You've wasted enough of my time so return the money and move on.

How am I promoting the same scam ? Tell me please I run this website on my own I write all the content and its all available for free, I don't sell anything so how am I running the same scam ?

How many of these scams are you running ?

http://derek-boris.info/?r=SMALLTALL&src=%2FDerek-Boris.htm

Its designed exactly the same as the site you are promoting on the iPhone unlocks, same exit pages, same designer

So you're telling me you don't run these sites ?

I dont know why you are threatening me, I'm not the stealing the money from people. Here how about this, I'm going to go and buy one of your products that you advertise on your site, http://www.unlock-the-iphone.com/purchase.php, I will buy the iPhone 4 unlock

The one that says it supports the very latest iOS 5.1 that doesn't even f**king exist, and then we'll see what you provide, if you provide me with an software unlock for this iPhone 4 on 5.1 I will give you 50 links for free ok ?

Thanks,

Mario Dabek

You are the dumbest of dumb. You are stealing money from the wrong people, while promoting the same scam you claim to be against. You are stealing money from my children, and I will not take that lightly.... If you have any sense you will return the money immediately. If you don't return the money immediately, don't say I didn't give you a fair warning.

If you want to battle, lets begin. I am not promoting any scams, you reference a post from 5 years ago about $10, if thats gonna ruin my rep go ahead. If you were any kinda real promoter you would be investigating the sites you are promoting !!! They steal money for a living and you are helping them do it. I earn my money, your money will be given away as a prize. I don't need your measly $150.

Perhaps I should have read first that you like to scam people?

If you don't return the money tonight, my promise is that your entire reputation on the internet along with your photography business will be ruined.

I haven't heard back from you. I need you to send the money back today or I will open a paypal dispute

I've checked further into your links and you are promoting a scam,

FALSE - iPhone Unlock Software (ALL iPHONES) - LIFETIME Member Access

FALSE - Use Flash On iPhones: Anyone who has used an iphone is well aware of the fact that you cannot view any adobe flash content on the phone until you jailbreak iphone 5.1. This is not due to technology restrictions but is a product of bureaucratic politics. Apple and Adobe are enemies on the internet front, and Apple completely blocks all Flash on their devices including iPods and iPads as well. However, if you jailbreak iphone 5.1 then you will be able to watch flash content! This is because iphone jailbreak programs modify the iphone firmware that is programmed to block this content. All jailbreak programs offer this capability but the best way to jailbreak an iphone 5.1 is shown below. Piping flash through some 3rd party server thats coverting flash for you at 1/100 of the actual speed that flash plays at, is not flash done make it sound like it is

FALSE - Cydia apps are free to download and install on your cell phone, which is exactly why the jailbreak programs for your iphone are so popular among iphone users. After you jailbreak iphone 5.1, you will see how to use cydia to accomplish the process.

Most if not all of the useful Cydia Apps are paid not free, with a few exceptions. Again false advertising on all 3 counts.

There is no unlock for the iPhone 4S or any of the iPhone 4 devices that are on anything past 4.2.1, I don't know why you are trying to scam people. I know how this works, you get your $30 payment, then person open a paypal dispute and then they lose because its a online software sale and there is no protection against that. I actually hate people like you, you guys are what ruins the online iPhone scene, with all your scams. Well consider that you just gave back that $150 to the people who you've ripped off in the past.

Thanks,
