Mario Moreno and son, Jonathon Moreno, steal funds, incomplete contractual agreement, Internet
Mario Moreno with son, Jonathon Moreno, stole money for a fence replacement job they contracted to perform but never completed. Mario Moreno contracted with us to build a small cedar fence on our property for $1,500. The Morenos took $750 as downpayment, purchased $175 worth of materials, poorly installed five fence posts, and left, never to return. They stole approximately $350 dollars in estimated materials and labor.
Distinguishing characteristics of Mario Moreno in 2012: Hispanic (Mexican) male, 45 years old, 5 feet, 7 inches, dark complexion, approx. 200+ pounds (big fat belly), with a wart on his upper eyelid. Last known to drive a white pickup truck.
The Moreno's work was substandard. Three of the five steel posts they installed were not sunk deep enough and had to be replaced. The Morenos attempted to use some of the existing, old, rotten cedar posts instead of replacing them all. They had dumped cement around the old posts to "build them up." They were intending to cut corners in other ways, such as installing only two fence rails instead of the standard three rails.
The Morenos have connections to Utah and Texas. They currenly reside in the north Dallas Garland area. According to Mario Moreno, he was evicted from his apartment. Whereabouts unknown.
