Most judges in Marion County, OREGON, have not taken a legal and binding OATH OF OFFICE, having omitted key elements of said oath.

Presiding "Judge" Paul Lipscomb acknowledges his lack of having taken a VALID OATH OF OFFICE. Judge Carson, Oregon Supreme Court, has admonished Paul and others working under the color of law as "judges" to take valid OATHS, however he was largely ignored.

Under Oregon LAW, these individuals are impersonating "Officers of the Court," to wit: acting as judges with full knowledge that they are in conflict with Oregon Law having NOT TAKEN valid oaths.

Paul Lipscomb presided over my family court case, and ruled against me after my son's mother absconded with him and crossed State lines in effect hiding him from me.

Mr. Lipscomb over-stepped his jurisdiction in taking my parental rights away so that my son's mom could travel with him out of the country--so that he would not need my approval in obtaining his VISA.

Further, but not in my case's entirety, Mr. Lipscomb ruled this family law case IN A CONFLICT OF INTEREST, as the Law Clinic representing my son's mother is run by Willamette University, where Mr. Lipscomb is listed as and acknowledges being an adjunct professor.
