         On 3/1/17 i ordered and paid for a service window from crown food carts. it is now 5/7/17 and i still have not received it. I have called almost everyday for the last month and press 1 for sales and leave a message then call back and press 2 for support and leave a message then call back and press 3 for shipping and leave a message and nobody ever calls back and according to Sean Plete they have five sales associates in the office.

       I even went to the supposedly warehouse in allentown at 527 Sumner Ct. and it is nothing but a run down garage. I even talked to a few neighbors and they said nobody has been there or been used in quite a long time

        I did finally get a call back and was told my window shipping sticker was ripped/torn off at the UPS hub and was told that they were replacing the shipping label and it was going out the next day. this was after almost two months of delay tactics. i wanted it checked out that it wasn't damaged and another delay tactiic... I was even told by Sean Plete if he had to deliver the window himself he was going to do that. It was damaged (supposedly)and another delay tactic and a new one was going to be shipped out as soon as possible and well that was almost two weeks ago and i still have not received a window.
