Complaint Review: Mark And Betty Karpinski

On October 02 2007 I purchased an article from Betty and Mark Karpinski of Vero Beach, Florida aka bambooblonde, through an eBay auction. bambooblonde insisted on a bank draft payment which I agreed to. THE KARPINSKIS HAVE MY $370. To this date I DO NOT HAVE THE ARTICLE THAT I PAID FOR. The Karpinskis claim to have mailed the article on two occasions. They also claim that the article was returned on both occasions. First they cheaped out by NOT using USPS Global Priority thus guaranteeing delivery AND having insurance. ALL this was requested from bambooblonde BEFORE the check was sent. Instead of spending $15.00 she spent $7.00 on a very small package. Notwithstanding an understand of good and honest business practices WHICH THE KARPINSKIS DID NOT PROVIDE by all of the abover BUT they kept the money and the article which FRAUD. eBay is useless to deal with ... for one simple reason ... bambooblonde, the fraudsters, is still on eBay while I will NOT use eBay again. By logic, eBay supports fraudsters like Betty and Mark Karpinski. FOR ANYONE I have eBay official correspondence from the Karpinskis aka bambooblonde CONFESSING TO THE FRAUD brushing it off as ............ we did sent it twice. I will not allow the fraudulent activity of Mark and Betty Karpinski to be confused as simply stupid behaviour. They are fraudsters cushioned by eBay.
