He is not a bike builder, but he is a slick operatior. Don't fall prey to this bike building scheme and read about him on Harley Davidson Forums and the Better Business Bureau. For sure, once he gets his hands on your money for the Harley build, you will never see a bike or your money again. It is sad that such a scammer even exists and it is one of the most active motorcycle cons on the intenet usually involving large amounts of money ($30,000-$50,000) range.
