I have been informed he moved from Napa to the central valley. In my research, I discovered he has skipped from San Mateo, Sonoma, Napa and beyond. In each event leaving a trail of fraud. His website http://www.mrcrecycledrubberproducts.com/ is now a Japanesse gambling site which is being tracked by the FTC.
