Mark Collins Callahan & Associates Callahan & Associates, M.Collins and Scott Green Scammers who are AGRESSIVE
For the past 3 months, individuals associated with Mark Collins or Scott Green have attempted to extract from me money over the phone stating that I owed money to them for past debts. These individuals also contacted my landlord and family member with robocalls stating that if I did not return the call by a certain time there would be "consequences" The number Mr. Collins contacted me from was 951-821-0501 and a toll free number 888-646-4579.
Both numbers are assocated with Callahan and Associates. I reached out to a law firm which informed me that the techniques utilized were intimidation and breaking the law. Instead of answering, further calls I have reached out to the State Attorney's office and will be filing police reports due to the severity of contacts at home, work and family/friends.
If you are being contacted by them, they are lying. Check your local courts to see if you are mentioned in a law suit. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY, BANK OR MAKE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS. They are the worse of scammers.
