Complaint Review: Mark Cutler

 Hello my name is Margarita I have bought a scarlet macaw chick from a a person who's name is Margarita Cutler .I don't know if he is licensed to sale pets online or has a business all I know is that he made buy a chick macaw and made go to make a payment by Western Union of 250.00$which it seemed like a good deal I guess given it away but then after I paid him he took the chick to a place call chariot live express and they started asking for more money as well and they charged me 220.00 they said I need it pay that amount because the cage that the sales did not put it in a safe cage to be delivered and so I bought the safety cage but I noticed that they didn't email me with a confirmation number and it was day's passing and my macaw isn't still here then I called up the place where it was going to delivered from and they told me that I own 680.00 life insurance which the person who sold me the macaw did not informed me about it even when I told it was my first time ordering a macaw online and he didn't mention anything about it or told me that the macaw needed a safety cage I spoke to him by texting him in a good way and told him to please return my money if not I was going to report him he said to me good luck.
