Complaint Review: Mark E. Crutchfield And Associates

Mark E. Crutchfield entered into a retainer agreement with me, required that he be paid up front, took my money, and did no legal work whatsoever. He made excuses for why he had done no work and then disappeared.

He refuses to return phone calls or emails and uses a rented mailbox drop for his addresses in Brooklyn and Manhattan and cannot be served personally. This is his m.o. and he knows the system well and is adept at gaming it.

There is a pile of complaints with the Grievance Committee regarding Crutchfield and the D.A.'s office will not take action until more people who have been victimized by this fraudster attorney---who is now suspended by the bar in NY---step forward and add their name and complaints to the growing list.
