Complaint Review: Mark Ellis

Mark Ellis pretended to set up a football team where he collected registration funds. He passed out free t-shirts at  the local Sports Authority and signed up children for youth football.  After reading an article I found out that the Irvine Saints would not have a 2013 season. No communication was ever sent out.

After a full month of trying to reach out to Mark Ellis to get a refund, I have received the run around. No call backs only emails stating he would contact his bookkeeper. He is a liar and a scam artist.
