Complaint Review: Mark Griffin at Hidden Hills Mobile Home Park in Deland FL

I have been looking to purchase a mobile home as a vacation home in the Hidden Hills MHP community for sometime. I have been badgered many times from a man in the park who lives there and states he is a licensed mobile home broker who is selling homes in the community.

I have done my due dilegence to find that Mark Griffin is nothing more than a resident there in the community. There is no license information for him and he is not a mobile home broker registered in Florida.

I gave this man $10,000 as a substantial downpayment for a mobile home during the month of May 2015 and he will not return my calls. He is avoiding me and has taken my $10K and is commiting fraud. To date, he has not returned my money and I am locating the State of Florida agencies along with law enforcement in hopes of recouping my loss.

Please think twice, no... better yet, RUN from the business dealings of this man! He is a thief and needs to be behind bars for his antics. A note to all SENIORS, BEWARE OF THIS PERSON WHO MISREPRESENTS HIMSELF AND TAKES YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! If anyone knows where this man may be found, please call the POLICE IMMEDIATELY and report his whereaouts to the State fo Florida Department of Professional Business Regulation immediately!!!!! They have received other complaints about this man and are investigating his actions at this time, but I am sure there are others he has done this to and that I am not the only one!
