After the initial meeting, I decided to hire Mark Heller (Phone: 805-832-2774 / linkedin.com/in/markheller/ ) as our unofficial salesperson who can introduce us to potential clients who are looking for digital marketing services.
The deal was to pay a fixed fee of $1,500 USD for Mark Heller to bring-in 4x guaranteed sales in 4-6 months time. He drafted a contract which I agreed and signed to make a $750 deposit.
For the next 2-3 months, Mark Heller continues to talk his way out of delivering anything concrete results.
Fast forward, we got 0 leads from Mark Heller and he promised to refund the full amount but pulled a disappearing act.
After many failed attempts to reach him via (Phone: 805-832-2774 / linkedin.com/in/markheller/ ), we have decided to take legal actions against Mark Heller and preparing to subpoena him to court.
Also, to prevent him from exploiting business owners/partners I am filing this RipOffReport and making sure people can learn from our mistake of hiring Mark Heller.
It is an unfortunate experience and an expensive lesson learned.
I will make sure Mark Heller never takes advantage of business owners/partners again.
