mark j mccloskey will get you to sign a contract, take money up front as start up as in contract, start job and then will stop, tell you more money is due bye way of your time line in contract. after getting the money he will not come back to work. he hides behind his llc, under law he showed intent to complet. you now have lost your money,are under contract. you have to take legal action to continue the work that needs be finished. 

i have taken legal action and been awarded a judgement in state serpreme court not for the full amount of money lost, it has taken 5 years to get file this report,with the hope it helps someone from getting scamed by him. i have all the legal records to back up my claim upon reguest. you may look it up yourself under ny state wedcivil serpreme, use his name as defendant and file date 2012.
