This guy is so nice up front.  He coming across as sincere and acts like he really cares about helping.  Nothing could be farther from the truth.  Once you pay him.....he works behind your back to hand you over to the prosecution.  He is an amazing guy.  This man is dillusional...

I think he has a mental illness.... He has terrible credit and does not like paying his bills.   He makes up stuff to convince you to do a plea.  Most if not all courts have a 95 % plea rate but he never tells you that.  You do not need this guy........you can do better on your own

You Would Not Do Better On Your Own

You do not need this guy........you can do better on your own.

It's sort of funny you think he has a mental illness - perhaps you are the one that has a mental illness.  For starters, you will not do better on your own because prosecuting attorneys do not enter into plea agreements with pro se clients.  You will have no idea what you're doing, the judge will look at you like the idiot you are for representing yourself, and you will lose your case.

The fact there are a lot of cases that are pled out is due to the prosecutors liking to dispense with cases and moving the agenda along,  However, in a pro se situation, they would absolutely have no problem going to court and getting a guilty verdict simply because they like to make examples out of people who go pro se.

He has terrible credit and does not like paying his bills.  How would you know that and as a client, why should that matter to anyone?  Another symptom of being mentally ill.

The guilty always like blaming attorneys for the situation they're in, otherwise there's no reason to even want or desire a plea deal.
