Complaint Review: Mark L. Heller

This guy claims to sell unsearched unmined rubies and saffiers from Brazil and India. He claims ( you have to go to his website) you have to wash them and scrape them to see their beauty.

It doesnt mention tumle them in a tumbler, but I had to do a little research for that. I paid $15.95 for 1lb., of so called Rubies from Brazil. It took 2-3 wks to get this.
He promised super fast shipping, come on 2-3 weeks? Thats very slow.I paid $5.00 for s&p. Which is a rip off it was sent in a small pouch that costs about 37cents to maybe 50cents.

Anyway when I got product I did as instructed all I got was a bag of rocks , so after pleading he sent me another replacement.

I got the same thing no even a bit of a Ruby found.
So then I tried a different kind of gem ssaffiers from Brazil.

Did the same paid the same for that one, no saffier too. I didn't ask for a replacement I asked for a refund of both items.

I contacted ebay they did nothing because the money $42.00 wasn't enough for them to do anything about.
There are alot more complainers out there about this guy.
He's a take your money and run guy! What a scam artist! He quit his account with ebay, everyone who lost out , got ripped off is out.

I checked out his so callled references it said he sold to thousands of people "praises" good ones on ebay he was a power seller had a good rep., but all those praises were not only for Gems they were for other things too. I think all those people were paid for their praises.
