On the 8 January 2008 I paid over US$1338.27 via wire transfer to Lacy Communications .This wire was for payment of order#6268 (15 LCD MONITORS).I Faxed a copy of the wire transfer to Mark Lacy who confirmed that he recieved it. The order was to be sent tom freight forwarder in Miami.

He promised e-mail me the tracking number when the good were sent off . This should have been two days later.
After 3 days I gave him an e-mail and got a reply the following day that he was in ST.Lucia on vacation but someone at his company would send the tracking number. To date I have not recieved the tracking number.

When He got back off vacation around the 20 He apologised and said some machine broke down in his company that is why they were not sent. He continued to give me different excuses until finally he said they were sent to the wrong address.

I requested a refund and he promised to repay the funds . I sent Him my account information which is on the same wire transfer copy that I faxed him .
He is now arguing that he has sent back the money because of bad account information that I have given him. This is ridiculous because My account information is on the wire reciept I faxed .

I offered to send someone ( My counterpart in Fairfax) to collect my money . He refuse to deal with anyone and refusing to reinburse me.He has hung up on me , rediculed me and is behaving as if he is not accountable to anyone .

Ironically the purpose of this purchase was to set up an Internet Library for Kids in Rural Jamaica . The funds which is US$1338.27 is almost JA$100,000. This is a lot of money for us here .

I checked with the Better Business Buruea and found out that they have had 7 complaints filed against them . 4 in the last 12 months .

Please advise or assist in whatever way to resolve this.

Apparently it has come to my attention that Daniel gave only half the story about the monitor purchase. On Jan 8th 2008, Daniel orderefd and asked that some LCD monitors be shipped toa forwarding company in Miami. He wired the payment, and we shipped the monitors the next day. Two weeks later, he called to say they had not arrived. We checked and the monitors were delivered to the local warehouse of the shipping company. Apparently when they tried to deliver it to the office for Daniel, there was nobody there. The re-attempted 3 times to deliver the monitors and were unable to do so.

They then returned them to our office at Lacy Communications expense. In the meantime Daniel was calling and threatening us repeatedly to give him him money back. As is any bussinesses policy, refund are only refunded AFTER the return of the product. On Feb 13th, 2008, the monitors were returned to our facility and a full refund was issued to Daniel for what he paid.

It is our standard policy to refund only after product is returned. Especially when we are dealing with a person from overseas as there is too much fraud from overseas buyers. If Daniel had been honest about this, he would have posted an update to tell you he was refunded, but he chose to only tell half the story.
