Mark Williams Department of Law This same man with a Indian accent has been calling several times a day stating his name as Officer Mark Williams Department of law and repeating my name address and ss# that if i do not return the ca New York, New York
for the past 3 days at the same time I am getting a message/call from an Officer Mark Williams from the department of law hahahah.... the man has a Indian accent and repeats the same message on each one are these people for real.. I have taken out several payday loans and am dealing with the situation but really these people are a scam they have all my personal information and obviously got online how are they still able to do this to people when they are being reported to all sorts of agencies.. Im getting really annoyed at this system something needs to be done about people like this, as far as Im conserned this is identy theft and they will pay for harassing and making faulse statements I have saved every call from them. MR MARK WILLIAMS YOU ARE GOING DOWN

The next time he calls tell him you know he is a scammer . Tell him that you have your bank keeping an eye on you account and they monitor it every day. Tell him the bank told you to tell him if there is any unauthorized transactions that charges will be brought up against him.
If I were you I would close the bank account and reopen it at another bank
Jim is right he is nothing but a scammer . If I were you I would think of something to say that would offend this scammer or scare him really bad. Tell hin this the net time he calls give him your new # the # to the FBI in washington DC

This is a very common scam they try to scare you into "Repaying" a loan that never existed. Pay them NOTHING, they're just thieves ALL NAMES are fake, they cannot have anyone arrested.
