Mark Willis of Mark Willis Roofing, and Maintenance Unlimited. Sold me a home that never passed the City Code Permits, the home should not even be occupied!

If you are even, thinking of using this guy, you better go look around again, because you will hate yourself for ever letting him in your door.

1. He is not a Licensed Contractor.
2. He hires his "crews" and using Illegal Aliens, and pays them cash so he won't have to pay insurance.
3. He will rip you every way and sideways, and continue to lie to your face!
4. He runs and hides from the Codes Administration and the Sheriff's office when he knows he is being sued!
5. An all around loser!

This ONE person is posting false allegations, once again. It has been almost a year since we have heard from Connie (aka Ashley). And speaking of reputations, have you seen her website? Check it out: AshleyEvans.com

This person obviously has some mental issues as well as a questionable character.

It is time to put an end to this ridiculous crusade. As I previously stated in my rebuttal dated 12/13/07, the botton line is that this was a real estate deal from one homeowner to a new purchaser of that home. It had nothing to do with Mark Willis Companies and SHE KNOWS she agreed to all said terms.

My company has done THOUSANDS of jobs in Williamson County and Middle Tennessee and we have a 99% satisfaction rate.

Please feel free to ask any of our salesmen or contact my office directly for information pertaining to licenses, insurance and/or liability. I HAVE IT ALL.

The best advertisement a company can have is BY WORD OF MOUTH. We have done jobs in just about every subdivision in Williamson County, so please.....ASK YOUR NEIGHBORS, FRIENDS AND RELATIVES.

Our work is EXCELLENT and I PERSONALLY stand by each and every job.

THE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS MY NUMBER ONE GOAL.

First of all Mark Willis has an alias Joseph Cy***, did you know that? Yes he even has a home under the alias!

2. He did not give me a $25,000.00 deduction on the house. No did I ask for additional work. Every Contractor knows you cannot leave a "Permit" open for someone else to complete. Whomever takes the permit out has to close it. Call the City of Franklin Building Codes and ask them. Their phone number is 615-794-7012

3. He actually charged me double the amount of taxes due on the home during my lease period (documents I have)

4. Mark Willis he will tell you anything to try to get you to believe him, why don't you ask him why he had to leave South Florida, after Hurricane Andrew? (Documentation I have)

5. You may contact the City of Franklin, Codes and speak with Norm, the Sr. Electrical Inspector and Tommy Duncan, the Sr. Building Inspector they can tell you the truth about all the code violations he left when he sold the house, which by the way is illegal. Their phone number is 615-794-7012, go ahead I dare you to get the truth.

You see I can back up my claims, can he? No

I have a full 33 pages on Mark Willis, the people that sued him, the complaints from the Better Business Bureau, the Structural Engineers report and the backing of the City Officials, and of course my Attorney.

Again, Mark Willis Maintenance Unlimited is doing business as Mark Willis Roofing, in which case as of my last knowledge he does not carry Roofing Insurance. You see people open DBA's as Mark did, not a Corporation, not a LLC, but a DBA.

Maintenance Company's do business such as roofing, windows, remodels etc.. but they do not carry the proper insurance to guarantee the job.

Take Ford Roofing for example, they are a qualified roofing company and on their website it states:

Connie aka Ashley purchased a house from me three years ago (I sold the house 'as is' as a homeowner not a contractor). I discounted the selling price of the house by $25,000 and also carried a $10,000 note from her, so she would be able to qualify to purchase the house. She had to be out of her apartment within five days, so she needed to be able to move in quickly. I was in the middle of construction/renovation on that house and had also purchased another home which required a lot of work to be done.

Ashley came up with a list of demands which she wanted done, and we completed all the items on her list. She bought the house knowing certain phases of construction/renovation were not done and it would be her responsibility to complete it to her satisfaction. Now three years later, she cannot afford to pay me the $150 per month she owes me on the note that she signed that allowed her to purchase the house. She also decided to use the open building permit (which she was supposed to close out per our agreement) and tried to put the fault and blame on me for not completing work and closing out the permit.

She is trying to buy time and looking for excuses because she knows that I can foreclose on her for nonpayment of her debt. She cannot afford to pay me so she is trying to turn it around and say I did not meet my commitments; however, I met all her demands per our agreement. The accusations she is making in her remarks on the RIPOFF report are inaccurate and have absolutely nothing to do with my business, WILLIS ROOFING. We entered into our contract/note as homeowners, not a construction company.

Also, some background information on Connie aka Ashley can be provided to give some insight into her character. Her real name is Connie. However, she known by several aliases, one being xxxxx and Ashley, porn star. She is operating her website and a business under the name Pleasures Brokers out of her residential address. She is operating her porn business and website out of a neighborhood without appropriate licenses, she receives packages for her business at this residential address, and there are public records(police reports) of late night incidents involving drugs and theft at her address.

PLEASE consider the source where these false negative accusations against my business came from.
