Complaint Review: Mark Willis

I have personal knowledge that Mark Willis of Mark Willis Maintenance Unlimited aka Mark Willis Roofing, he is NOT a General Contractor, and DOES NOT hold a Contractors license of any sort, Roofing or General. He does work on your home and in most cases will not complete the work. Leaving you with the mess to clean up or to get someone else to fix what he did, at your OWN EXPENSE.

I personally know one of his TOP sales guys left the company due to lack of payment for his work. Additionally one of his TOP Sales Reps that had been with him for over 6 years left due to non payment, and lack of integrity.

Mark Willis Roofing's former top sales rep, and his wife and Mark Willis' "girlfriend" that has is illegimate baby, went to Ohio to start their own roofing company. Why?

Because Mark Willis is a dba Company, with no Roofing Liability Insurance, and no Workman's Comp Insurance, but more importantly he is ruthless. "Enough is enough" the past employees told me.

Mark Willis has now resorted to using a sex tool to sell his window line, why use a busty girl you ask? Ask Mark Willis, he thinks this will get the men to buy, not caring what the "Wives" think.

Shame Shame On You Mark Willis!!

This is in response to the Ripoff Report about Willis Roofing left by Michael Willis, an ex-employee of Willis Roofing. First, we will provide some background information about Michael Willis. He was brought to Tennessee from Florida about eight years ago to work in my business. After three months of his continuous drug use, we terminated employment and he went back to Florida. Two years later Michael swore against drugs and an immature lifestyle and we allowed him a second chance to work in the business. After six months of his lies and deceptions (of which many customers can confirm), we again released him from employment and he chose to move back to South Florida. He came back to Tennessee in the Spring of 2006 and pleaded and begged for another chance to participate in my growing business. He said he wanted to make a good life for himself and get out of the drug haven of South Florida. Since he is family, I accepted him back into the business (for the third and final time). He showed maturity and a real desire to not do drugs for the first eight months he was employed. After that period, I turned my business over to him 100% because I had a large personal project going on. I also loaned him $20,000 cash for a down payment so he could purchase a house and also provided $5,000 in repairs to his new home (he still owes me $10,000 of the initial down payment). I also provided him and his girlfriend with two new vehicles to drive. Michael started off very eager and with the right intentions to do a good job and succeed. After a period of time (approximately eight to ten months), greed and drugs set back into his life. He had been entrusted with all aspects of the business (including all financial aspects). As time went on, I noticed a decline in business and in bank deposits. After looking into things, we discovered that Michael was single-handedly trying to sabotage the business (by stealing customers and customer payments made to the business). We are in the process of prosecuting Michael and four other ex-employees and we will wait for the court's decision to see who is right or wrong in this whole matter. I can assure you that we have been doing business in Middle Tennessee for the past ten years and have developed over 5,000 satisfied customers who would give a sworn statement on my behalf. We also support all the local community programs and schools and will continue to do so in the future.
