Complaint Review: Mark Wills owner of Loan Signing System LLC

Mark Wills is claims that after taking his online training course consumers can make up to six figures in a year.  So I took the course and found it be absolutely useless and got trained on how to conduct loan closings the WRONG WAY! Plus most of the videos that were included in the paid course, were already posted for FREE on his youtube channel!

I was also very upset that he encouraged me to "lie" on our profiles when we sign up with signing agent databases because no one will hire us with no experience. Then he provides a potential price-fixing sheet as to how much to charge!

But one of the boldest and most utterly ridiculous statements he wrote was if a student continues to watch his YouTube videos its like they're "gaining experience". Seriously?  He highly encourages this students to "talk the talk", even if its not true. He is coy, rude and has a quick temper if anyone challenges him about what he is teaching. 

Now is claiming to be "seen" on TV?  He has been so brazen in this claim that he has illegally used CBS, Today and other logos on his lss website which are false claims. 

The California Attorney Genernal's office will also be informed as well as the California Consumer Advocacy group.
