Complaint Review: Mark Woodlock

I am writing this complaint because Mark Woodlock was supposed to represent me on 2 property claims in Youngstown, OH.  Although he initially represented me, he disappeared on me.  First, he told me that his car broke down and he asked me to advance him money which was set to him via Zelle. that he would refund me when my claim paid.  But neither happened.

Mark Woodlock never paid me back and he ghosted me when I tried to reach him regarding both of my property claims with my insurance company. I had people contact him to try and get him to call me but he comes up with lame excuses and doesn't call.

I would not recommend him for any work. Whatever you do, do not use him as a public insurance adjuster. He scammed me out of money and screwed up my 2 claims. I am not sure this can be fixed now.

Please note:  Mark represented me on 3 other claims a few years ago.  In each case, it took longer and longer to get a response from him and even longer to get my claims paid. He would hardly ever return calls, and if he did it was because I blew up his phone.  This most recent time he has represented me, it has been the worst. Now, my claims may never get paid because he has screwed them up. 

I am in the process to talk with an Attorney about the recourse that I may have.  I'm just upset that he has treated me this way.
