I went to work as an independant contractor for this company in May '09.

I did 4 merchandising jobs in one day and did the usual processing and was expecting a check for $40.00 for the work I did. I moved in June and called the office and advised them of that moved and updated my mailing address when I had located my new residence.

I called in July asking where my check was and they wanted me to do a "wheres my pay inquiry" (which I thought was a bit strange...is more people wondering if they were NOT getting paid?) so I did as they asked and filed a report. I got a call advising yes it was mailed and here is the check number..SO>>>I told the person right then I NEVER GOT the check.... simple...I said cancel it and write me a new one as I never got the check!!..they said I did get it and I asked them for the proof which they have yet to provide and this is DEC...

I have called numerous times requesting COPIES front and back of the check in question seems simple!!...NOT!

I spoke to the office today and they said they needed me to resubmit the pay inquiry stating the check number and state I havent gotten paid. ( I feel this is a ploy to lag the payment yet AGAIN)..I will NOT DO THIS AGAIN..I feel I have advised this company numerous times as to the lack of payment from thier company. It is in thier court now..

I was just informed from this company that if I didnt follow thru with the pay inquiry the way they expressed earlier that that was the only way I would see another check issued...I just wanna see the front and back of the original check of the one sent!!

I didnt think I was re-inventing the wheel I just wanna see who cashed my check so I can get this resolved...7 months is a bit tooo long!!
