On April 28,09 I have signed 6 month contract with ADCART by sale Agent name Andy Salmon who came to my store. The contract is signed for our ads display at local Nob Hill Foods shopping cart and SafeWay's Impression of register tape ads. Both locations are on First St., Downtown Gilroy California. Total cost $1,800 and I made a deposit of $255 right after this contract signed. The start date for ads should be on July 15/09 as promised.
We called in customer service department 1-800-9350090 for numerours times to left messages , but no one response to us whatsoever, and they're keep sending invoice to collect payment. I emailed to Andy Salmon a sale agent to complaint and request for cancellation and ask for a full refund then I got his email reply stated that the company went out business on June 15/09 and it's hard to get the money back, he also mentioned the new company name Market Tech Media taking over the business and convinced me to wait for a result. After I found out many complaints, very bad complaints and they're seemed to be a same strategy of ripoff (They're changed their business name from AdCart/Fanfare Media to Market Tech Media, but still in a same location which is 25300 Rye Canyon Road, Valencia, California 91355)
