Market Traders Institute MTI Scam and false information Lake Mary , Florida
When I first signed up I was told I could cancel within a period of time, be able to get a portion of money back and not continue to be charged. After doing the lessons, I was not really impressed but it did teach me some of the basics. After about 2 months I called to cancel and stopped paying. The representative told me everything was cancelled and I would no longer be billed. 6 months later I got a call from a debt collection agency saying i owe MTI $1,150, for what I dont know. I called MTI for two weeks to straighten it out with no response, finally I get through and they told me i canceled after a 3month period which i did not. When I asked the guy what they would be charging me for if they cut off my charting program, I did not do the on site class, I did not have access to the training session because when i stopped paying they canceled everything. His answer was "Take it up with the collection agency."
They are rude and a scam, anything you cant cancel is a scam.

The people at market traders and Next Step Financial Holdings are very rude and unprofessional. Once they get your money, they don't want you to get it back. If in fact you do get a refund, you have to jump through hoops and it is more likelly that you will only get a partial, not a full refund.
They even have the aducity to say that they don't have to honor the 3 day right to cancel policy. I thought this was a federal law. How can they get away with this?
Zachory is 100% on the money. Any company that will not let you get your own money back is crooked. I am surprised that they have not been shut down by now.
