These people are a fraudulent site. They use free software sites, and then copy them to appear like their real, and then they charge you for a fee. They charged me for a total of $41.83. They state in their terms of conditions that you will recieve a full refund within thier 7 day refund period if not satisfied.

Well, once I purchased the site which I thought was the new Google Earth 2008, I realized it was only the Google Earth that I had already downloaded for free off the Google Earth site. I feel like an idiot. But regardless, I tried to contact them to recieve my refund immediately after I signed up. You can only respond to them through their customer help desk. When you respond to them to get your refund, they consistently try to turn you down.

They try to give you all these offers to get you to stay with them. I had a response with them for a few hours, and then finally getting $31.88 off of my bill. (so they say) I did not stop there. I asked for the full refund, which was suppose to be $41.83, and they told me in their terms of conditions, it states: "we will give you a full refund within the first 7 days if unsatisfied, but we will hold a $9.95 processing fee. Well, I insisted that they refund me that as well. After sending about 20 messages, with responses stating the same repetitious sayings, which include: "here is our contact number", "we cannot provide the $9.95 to you as stated in our terms of condidtions".

They will not provide their contact number to you until you send at least 15 or 20 emails. I contacted them as soon as they opened and was surprised after speaking with a lady, that there was only 2 people working. She told me that they were just a technical customer service number, and she also told me that my account was cancelled as requested and that i would get my $31.88 back in 5 to 8 days. Well, I didn't argue and I hung up hoping I would recieve it. Today, I woke up early this morning before they opened and contacted them again through their helpdesk, to give them the information that my financial institution told me.

My bank told me that the money wasn't collected on yet, and the bank has to give them 8 days to collect on the funds. They told me I should contact the merchant to try and get the money reversed. The bank also told me to provide them with information for the merchant to contact them. Well, I just copied and pasted the information from what my financial institution gave me to the help desk of the marketbill.com site. They must have gotten intimidated, and they automatically provided me the $9.95 refund without hesitation.

They sent me a reciept through my e-mail showing the deduction, so I was amazed but I still don't believe them. They told me to wait 5 to 8 days for the funds to be transferred. I still did not let down. I sent another response to them with the same information for them to contact my bank, and they would not respond to me at all. They are so scared that they are going to get caught. They have their end covered pretty well though. I do hope I get my money back, and if I have time, I will get back on here to post if I recieved it or not.

Word of advice:
1. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR TRICK LIKE I DID.
2. DO NOT BACK DOWN ABOUT THE $9.95 FEE, OR ANY OTHER FEE.
3. DO NOT FEEL INTIMIDATED BY THEM OR THEY WILL USE THAT TO THEIR ADVANTAGE TO NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY.

They will play every trick in the book, and make you feel like you are being rejected for your refund. But the truth is, THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT SITE!

After reading some of the post from this website, it seems to me they are using all sorts of other sites to copy them. Either way, if you think its legit, don't fall for them, because either way, you will fall for a trap that is a PAIN to get out of. Personally, I don't even know if I am out of it yet until I see that my money is charged back to my card.

If you happen to fall for them, then do not give them any personal information they ask from you. DO NOT give them your credit card information twice, phone number, or address. They will try and ask you for that again. Tell them that they should already have it on file. Be straight to the point with them, and tell them you want a full refund, and DO NOT back down for ANY reason whatsoever. REMEMBER, this is a fraudulent site. It is not proven that they are, but I hope one day that it will be.

One more word of advice for this "so called" company:
When you see the name marketbill.com or mymusicbill.com turn and run the other way!

I hope this helps anybody who has dealt with this company or trying to find out anything about this "company". If you have any questions whatsoever, please do not hesitate to ask me. Thank you for your time and interest in reading this. If this helps one person, I am happy.

I do have to say that they returned all of the money back to me. They should have returned the money to me. I mean, come on, after all they put me through, they should have paid me money.
