This company was a real rip off. They were bunch of liers. Sales agents were pretending that they were in TEXAS or MEXICO but the truth was they're in the PHILIPPINES. They were using their common ground to sell to FILIPINO people in CANADA and US. They're using syphaty in closing deals. They don't know how we worked hard here to do for a living and they forcing us to buy a $498 vacation package which is only for a Hotel Accomodation and when am trying to cancel the package, they don't want it. Beware of these following people try to steal money from us. So if there will be telemarketters calling on your phone record your conversation and sue them trough the DNC Policy and we'll see.

It is always best to hire someone skilled to do so, unfortunately in most cases these companies dedicated to cancel timeshares usually cheat for the second time to their customers since they are vulnerable and desperate. If you are thinking of hiring them you just have to make sure you do not have to make any payment upfront.

Dear Mr Pinay Ako, you have posted similar comments on this website before where you are identifying yourself as a resident of Vancouver, British Columbia. I have looked for you in our system and we do not have any record of you ever purchasing this package. If you are serious about this complaint then you need to present a serious accusation. If you purchased a package from our agency I fail to see how you where forced, common ground is irrelevant, and if race is a factor that you consider when making purchase decisions then it is your responsibility. If you purchased this then it was done freely and voluntarily and if you have any questions about your purchase you may address them to dzambrano@sunsetworld.net.
