Marketing Lead Generation was paid for leads and none delivered. Other leads provided under contract were not accurate/valid. Customer service will not respond. Hollywood, Florida
Purchased marketing leads from this company claiming that they had individuals who had responded to their survey. These individuals were 1) unhappy with their current investment strategies and results 2) interested in speaking with someone about an alternative.
Upon reaching/speaking to individuals, none recalled ever responding to a survey. Many that were listed as "interested" had been deceased several years. According to contract, all of these were to be "replaced" with "good" names. None of this occurred. The company has yet to respond to numerous requests to do so.
Second set of marketing leads purchased with same claim were paid for in full but never delivered. Again, the company will not/has not responded given multiple opportunities to do so.
Obviously, not a good company to associate with!
