I paid this company $4225 for lead delivery services with the contractually signed promise that leads would being within 3 business days of taking my money.

I waited and waited; each day past the 3 days I received an email in the morning saying 'leads will start shortlly' and then one in the afternoon making an excuse for what that hadn't happend with another note saying 'leads will begin shortly'

Neither of my clients EVER RECEIVED A SINGLE LEAD FROM THIS COMPANY THAT I AM AWARE OF AND BOTH HAVE VERIFIED THAT WITH ME VIA EMAILS, as of September 11, 2018.

I requested a refund of my money since no service whatsoever was delivered; I received no response, my requests became more and more agressive in the hopes someone, anyone would finally respond; eventually, they did and offered two completely false reasons for never delivering any leads; they claimed I provided the wrong phone number to send leads to (I didn't) they also claimed I changed my order from live transfers to forms (I have never ordered form leads for ANY REASON.)

Of course, had their explanations been true, it would mean they were now ready to send leads, but alas, NO LEADS EVER CAME.

USE THIS COMPANY AND THERE IS A VERY REAL CHANCE YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN. 

I know of at least 3 OTHERS who had their money taken from this company and never received what they paid for; 

USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

BNC business contacted us to provide his third party clients services and leads. Brent Cushman told us he had been ripped off for $18,000 from a call center in India that was supposed to provide leads the week before.  He needed leads in two days to avoid issues with his clients.  He was to provide direct numbers to each of three client call centers, those didn't come for over a week and, when they did the transfers went unanswerd because they had not been activated due to BNC not doing their end.  The Small amount of leads they bought were delivered and emailed to BNC and their clients as proof we had done our end.  Brent Cushman was supposed to provide those numbers as active and we contacted him that we activated the campaigns quickly at his request but nobody was taking the calls on those numbers. 

We received emails and physical threats from Brent by email to our staff members stating that he had several personal reasons why he would follow through on those threats to which we communicated to him that we would no longer be taking his contacts.  We have email and voice mail threats and documentation as to those specifics.  Although if what he stated by email is true it is sad for him but his bad decisions have nothing to do with us and we firmly dispute all of his complaints as well, we will be posting the afore mentioned emails here should this go further or stay as a complaint.  Brent oversold what he was capable of and then at the 11th hour tried to make it our responsibility for his short comings and inserted us into a campaign that was 2 weeks old and client complaining expecting that would fix issues from two weeks previous to our involvement and then use this complaint and website as extortion to get what he wants.  We tried to work with him and then got a email from his clients stating they were not answering phones dedicated to BNC lead generation because of those previous issues.  TMO performed to the agreement and then got those threats by email to cut of contact was our only recourse per advice of counsel and authorities.

UPDATE: We are in talks with this company to resolve this situation

After posting this report, I received an email from a representative of Marketing Outsource claiming they 'were willing to work with' me to resolve this situation. I am encouraged by this correspondence and will provide a positive update should there be one exonerating them from my original claim that they never offered a refund for failing to deliver the agreed upon service.
