Marketing Solutions United Inc Usight.com unsatisfied with product & cannot get refund over 3 months consumer fraud ripoff Washington Utah

In April 2002, I went to a seminar for a home website business, like a fool I signed up and paid 400.00. A few days later I get a call from Marketing Solutions United Inc.offering me a "special" Merchant Package, on behalf of Usight.com, for my home business website that includes: Website Design Package, 12 "Professional" coaching sessions, 5000 guaranteed hits, and a popmercial. I purchased this for $5395.00. I started taking the Very "unprofessional" coaching sessions. I also answered a questionaire for my personalized business website. I took pictures and described exactly how I wanted to look. I sent these details to the Design Team for them to build the website. I then receive a email telling me that my website is designed. I go to look at this website and it looks horrible. I would never have my business represented in this way. I email to tell them the changes that I would like made. I never heard back from the design team, nor were the changes ever made. I immediatly, in writing, cancelled the monthly service that was being charged to my credit card every month. That went well and I received written confirmation that the monthly charges would stop. I the requested a refund for the whole Merchant Package. Usight.com sent me a cancellation request and I completed and faxed back to Usight.com on June 8, 2002. I began inquiring about the status of my refund 10 days later, never getting an answer. Anyway, after 2 months of chasing down an answer, I get a call form the receptionist at Marketing Solutions that my refund request has been denied. I asked to speak to the person denying my refund and of course he is unavailable and will remain to be unavailable to this day. I did not use these services and what I did use was unacceptable and was cancelled immediately. I at least deserve an explanation as to why my refund of $5000 is being denied. I have sent a certified letter with no response. Come to find out the person, Josh Rios, president of Marketing Solutions, is the person denying me a refund and will not get on the phone to talk to me. I am now taking legal action against this scam. Holli Dallas, Texas
