I attended a seminar about selling on Ebay. I was led to believe that when I bought the software from MarketPlace Pro I would be able to sell travel packages and cruises on Ebay. (I have a travel agency). Although they didn't know how it would work they assured me at the seminar that there was someone in customer service who would teach me how to list the travel packages and sell them.

In addition we tried to sell the items in their warehouse but found that these items were already listed on ebay by other poeple for much less that we could buy them for on the Marketplace Pro warehouse. They misled us about making sales. In another instance the item wasn't even available in the warehouse after we had a bid for it.

I made several attempts by phone and also in writing to get a refund ($ 2159) but was put off each time. I spoke to Aron Cornett at ext. 1596 who said the Owner, David Early, told him they didn't make any promises and that it's "possible" to sell anything on Ebay.

I'm furious.
