Complaint Review: Marketsource

I worked for Marketsource last year from about March to June.  What has been said in previous reports about them not reimbursing for gas and travel time is TRUE.  The do not put out any expenses they feel they don't have to.  They also do not reimburse for time spent on conference calls.

I was lucky enough to have a set schedule at one store, because of where I lived in Virginia.  That meant that I did not have the travel or scheduling issues of some of the other reports.

The biggest problem came very recently.  As I said, I worked for them last year (2010).  As of 1/31, I had not received my W-2, although I had called and updated my mailing address. 

The phone number listed on their website goes directly to a voicemail box, where it disappears.  Calls are NEVER returned, or even acknowledged in any way.  Emails are also never returned.

I finally found a phone number on RipoffReport where I could reach a human being.  I called 2 weeks ago, and they said that they had had some problems with returned mail and their mail processing, but that they would get my W-2 out to me immediately.

As of today (2/25), I STILL have no tax records.  My family has already done their taxes and gotten them back.  I have yet to file because of this mess.
