I sent in my Marlboro miles for my gear and the deadline was Agust 31 99. Sent a check in for $45 fo shipping. Called in Janurary. They convently lost my order. But it didn't take long to cash the check. Sept 99. I have also sent forms into Philip Morris Co. I still haven't heard from anyone and i should have recieved my order months ago. Calling customer service gets you no where. My husband spent all day trying to talk to a supervisor and no one was avalible. Go figure. I know chances of my report to be excepted is slim. I had to try anyways.I also am going to go find all my paper work and start calling again.I just wanted people to know not to sit back and wait to long forthese things to happen. Watch all your mail order offers.
