Complaint Review: Marlboro-Phillip Morris Inc.

In 1999 I sent in copies of drivers license, $15.00 and enough miles to get a sleeping bag and a Rand McNally C.D. Although my check was cashed, we didn't recieve anything and they said i needed to send another copy of my drivers license, 2 months later when i called they said they couldn't read it. Therefore i was given a fax number to send it, in which i did. Now nearly 3 years later, they still give excuses and won't return my check or refund nor the miles that i sent in. Numerous attempts were made on returning my money, or miles or even the stuff i ordered, but to no avail, i still have nothing. I have been cheated.
