We are filing a class action Dec. 2013 and she should be sunk in the new year but beware of her! She is sneaky, acts like she knows whats going on in the industry but hides out in Palm Springs as she states "so people are less likely to drive here to get me". She has been very frank about her intentions as she thought she was going to get money from us.
