I order a custom slip cover on 8/25/2011 which has yet to arrive. The max quoted delivery time was 3 months, which honestly should have sent some warning bells off since they claim the product takes 4-5 hours to make. Anyways, 3 months later -- no slipcover.

I have emailed and called them with no response. To make matters worse, since it's been past 45 days since I made the order via PayPal I have no way of getting my money back unless Marlene grants the refund. I have read other customer reports that it took 9 months to receive their slipcover!

I don't care how "quality" your product is or that your small business is experiencing some "hiccups". They manner in which they treat their customers is absolutely unacceptable. Trust me, find someone local to make your slipcover. Even if it ends up costing more you do not want to deal with this company, they are an absolute nightmare.
