I purchased living room furniture from Marlo July 2004. The deliverers cut my chair taking out of the box and the legs did not come with my ottoman. I had been calling asking etc. I kept getting different answers and delivery dates from Customer Service.

I finally received my chair Dec 2004. In addition I had ordered dining room furniture Oct 31, 2004. They did not tell me that my furniture was not in stock. But in the mean time they were scheduling delivery dates for me and then cancelling the night before delivery. By Dec 2004 I was tired of dealing with my living room and and dining room furniture. I went inside the store (which I had done previously) to talk to customer which this young lady had been very helpful.

Anytime the store tells you do not deal with customer service over the phone there is a problem. I talked to the store manager that was a waste of time because you could tell he was numb to all the customer complaints. I had told him I would get 2-3 delivery dates from 3 different people on the same day. I told Marlo to cancel my furniture because it had been 2 months since I had placed my order. I got my new chair and feet for my ottoman. Marlo offered me no discounts or incentives not to cancel my furniture.

I order my dining room furniture from The Furniture Center in Largo on Sunday my furniture was delivered that Thursday!!! I will not shop at Marlo again.
