Marlo is without a doubt the worst furniture store. Their outright employee incompitence coupled with horrific customer service ranks them among the worst retailers I have ever shopped.

To make matters worse, they are aware of their terrible customer service and do nothing to rectify the problem. After having read just a few of the other complaints, there is no point in relaying my drawn out nasty experience with Marlo, you can read the others and apply that to my experience.

Suffice it to say, customer service was bad, getting a "live person" on the phone was impossible, and the delivery was three hours late and furniture had been damaged.

I plan on reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and I would urge you to do the same! With enough complaints there will be an investigation.
