My experience has not been nearly as bas as some of the complaints that I've read; however, my experience has been pretty bad. It has basically begun with one failed delivery attempt after another, followed by another. No one at any of the stores has any clue regarding who does what concerning deliveries. Basically, the customer service is so horrible that I'm furious that I gave them any money at all. I found this information The number works....

"Here's how to win against Marlo: Don't give up, keep calling and fax everyone you can. They get nervous when you start putting things in writting. Also, go straight to the top.
